Bring us your venison or elk for quality processing. Your instructions are carefully followed in cutting and packaging meat for the freezer. We sell sides of beef and pork to cut to your order. CUSTOM SAUSAGE MAKING
Items made from Wild Game have been our specialty for years. Try our German-style game sausage, or the fully cooked summer sausage. We also offer a tasty pepperoni-flavored snack stick made from wild game (with beef added). Beef and pork sausages custom made too, of course.

CURING AND SMOKING
We will custom cure hams, bacon, and other cuts with Voget's old fashioned Dry Sugar Cure. This is the same formula used on the Specialty Meats sold in our Retail Store.
